NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) – A North Attleboro family has gone on extreme coupons and closeouts to save money, but are finding popularity on TikTok as they document their shopping adventures.
Mike and Nicole Lorenzo are coupon experts, a crucial practice in budgeted spending, especially when medical bills enter the equation. Mike says his son Cole has had several surgeries in his life.
“Cole was in the hospital – we had to reassess our situation,” Mike said.

Lorenzos’ TikTok account primarily features tips for buying clearance items from stores like Walmart and reselling said products on commerce sites like Amazon and Ebay for a profit.
“We show people what’s on clearance, where to look for it in the store, and we show people how they can resell it: what’s a good item to resell and what’s not a good item to resell. Just because it’s on clearance doesn’t mean you can resell it. If we see someone who needs something, we’ll contact them and send it to them. Our greatest gift is to give to others,” Mike said.
At the time of publishing the Lorenzo family account (@lorenzofamilydeals) has more than 58,000 subscribers.
“We find deals that are listed on the price tag for, say, $200, but in the computer system they’re $30,” Mike said.
“We show them which coupons are for which item and what they’re going to pay for. We saved $30,000 at Stop & Shop just by using coupons,” Nicole said.
